Cancellation Policy
SALON POLICIES We will be enforcing our cancellation policy within 12 hours, rather than 24. Arrive on 5min before your appointment. (after 15 min we cannot guarantee that it will be like your appointment) If you are coming in for eyelash extensions, Please enter the treatment room without any eye make up on( specially mascara) * Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day, we will charge you 70% of the scheduled service fee. *If an appointment is the day rescheduled or cancel that day ,3 individual times you will be NO MORE ONLINE appointment .
