Cancellation Policy

- SALON POLICIES - Thank you for choosing our salon! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our policies below. ***Cancellation Policy: ** We require at least 24** hours' notice** for cancellations or appointment changes. * **Arrival Time: ** Please arrive **5 minutes before** your scheduled appointment. If you arrive **more than 15 minutes late**, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment as scheduled. * **Eyelash Extension Appointments: ** Please arrive **without any eye makeup**, especially **mascara**, to ensure the best results and allow enough treatment time. ---Late Arrivals, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows If you arrive **more than 15 minutes late**, we may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete your service. We will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. If you: * Do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment (no-show), * Cancel on the same day, or * Reschedule on the same day, you will be charged **70% of the scheduled service fee**. Online Booking Policy If you **cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day three (3) separate times**, your **online booking privileges will be removed**. Future appointments will need to be made directly with the salon.
