Cancelation Policy

SALON POLICIES We will be enforcing our cancellation policy within 12 hours, rather than 24. Please wear a face covering with ear loops( Only Treatment Room ). Come to your appointment alone. (No children, friends, or partners No pets allowed ) Arrive on 5min before your appointment. (after 15 min we cannot guarantee that it will be like your appointment) * Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. *If an appointment is the day rescheduled or cancel that day ,3 individual times you will be NO MORE ONLINE appointment .
